What these terms cover
These Terms of Service are the agreement between Order Verify ("Order Verify", "we", "us") and any business or person who signs up for, accesses or uses our WhatsApp order-confirmation service or this website ("you"). By creating an account, connecting a store, or sending a single confirmation through us, you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not accept, do not use the service. Order Verify operates from Office No. 03, Plot # 450-1, Sector 7-A, 75550, Karachi, Pakistan.
What Order Verify does
We connect your store to the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API) and automatically send a confirmation message to a customer's WhatsApp after they place an order, so they can confirm or cancel. The aim is fewer fake orders, fewer returned COD parcels and cleaner dispatch decisions. The service is strictly for legitimate, customer-initiated, opt-in order confirmation. It is not a marketing blaster, a cold-outreach tool, or a way to reach people who never agreed to hear from you.
The independence line
Order Verify is an independent service that is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in partnership with WhatsApp, Meta or Facebook. Your use of WhatsApp's infrastructure is also governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms and policies, and those sit alongside these terms. If Meta changes, limits or suspends platform access, our ability to deliver may change too, and that is outside our control.
Consent is the deal-breaker
You may only send confirmations to customers who gave active, affirmative consent at your checkout. That consent must come from an unchecked box the customer ticks themselves; it must name your store, make clear messages arrive on WhatsApp, and state that they are transactional order-confirmation (utility) messages. Pre-ticked boxes, assumed consent, recycled lists and "they ordered so they agreed" logic are all forbidden. You must keep proof of consent and produce it on request. You are responsible for the accuracy of the numbers and consent you pass to us, and you confirm you have the legal right to share that data for this purpose.
What you must not do
No buying, scraping, renting, importing or otherwise sourcing contact lists. No bulk, cold or unsolicited messaging. No messages outside genuine order confirmation, and no use of approved utility templates as a backdoor for promotions. No content tied to WhatsApp's or Meta's prohibited Commerce-Policy categories (such as illegal goods, weapons, drugs, adult services and the like). No harassment, deception, impersonation, malware or anything unlawful. No attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, resell or circumvent the service. Breaking these rules can get your messaging privileges throttled or your account closed without refund, and can put your own WhatsApp Business standing at risk.
Templates and approvals
Every message template used through Order Verify is submitted to Meta and approved before it can be sent. You may not push unapproved content or edit an approved template to change its meaning. Meta can reject, pause or revoke templates and message permissions at any time under its own policies; where that happens, sending may be paused until the issue is resolved, and we are not liable for delivery gaps caused by platform decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials, for everything done under your account, and for keeping your store connection and contact details current. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may need to verify your business before activating sending, and we can decline or pause accounts we reasonably believe are being used against these terms.
Fees and billing
Where the service is paid, pricing, billing cycle and any platform messaging charges are set out in your plan or order form. Fees are due as stated, and unless the law says otherwise or we state so in writing, payments are non-refundable. Meta may levy its own conversation or messaging charges, which can be passed through or billed separately as described in your plan. We may adjust pricing on reasonable notice; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Your role and the law
For your customers' data, you are the controller and we are your processor, acting on your instructions as set out in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share customer data, for your own privacy disclosures to shoppers, and for complying with applicable Pakistani law and any other rules that apply to your business. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your handling of customer data.
Uptime and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or always-available operation. We may update, improve, suspend or retire features, and we may carry out maintenance, occasionally without advance notice. Because delivery depends on WhatsApp, Meta, telecom networks and the customer's own device, we cannot guarantee that any specific message is delivered, read or answered.
No magic guarantees
We will not promise outcomes we cannot control. We do not guarantee that any account will never be restricted or banned by Meta, that fake or returned orders will drop by a fixed amount, or that every customer will respond. Any figures we mention are illustrative, not commitments. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limits on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Order Verify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create legal or platform risk, or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; we will delete or return customer data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention duty. Terms that by their nature should survive — such as fees owed, liability limits, indemnity and governing law — continue after termination.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts of Karachi, Sindh, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date above when we do; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Messaging & Acceptable-Use Note
Order Verify exists for one thing: confirming real orders with the people who placed them. Here is the deal in plain terms. (1) Opt-in only. We message a customer only after they tick an unchecked consent box at your checkout that names your store, says the message lands on WhatsApp, and makes clear it is a transactional order-confirmation (utility) message — not an ad. No pre-ticked boxes, no assumed consent, no "they bought so they're fair game." (2) Real orders only. Every send is tied to an actual purchase the customer just made. No bulk campaigns, no cold outreach, no promotional content smuggled inside a utility template. (3) Clean lists only. You may not buy, scrape, rent or import contact lists. You send to your own consenting customers, full stop. (4) STOP always wins. Any customer can reply STOP and we immediately and permanently stop messaging that number for your store. The opt-out is never hidden and never penalised. (5) Approved templates only. Every template is submitted to and approved by Meta before it goes live; unapproved or altered-meaning content is not permitted. (6) Nothing prohibited. No content in WhatsApp's or Meta's restricted Commerce-Policy categories, and nothing unlawful, deceptive or harassing. (7) Built on, not part of. Order Verify runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API) but is independent — not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with WhatsApp, Meta or Facebook.
